||Living History Weekend
||German Flatts Town Park will be hosting its annual Living History weekend. Re-enactors from the French & Indian War through modern day will be encamped for the weekend. A Civil War skirmish will be held Saturday & Sunday afternoons, there will be music, tours of the Old Fort Herkimer Church, canon demonstrations, Suttlers' Row, food & beverages available for purchase.

||Come on out for a Free Community BBQ in Burke Park in Little Falls. There will be Bounce Houses, face painting, kids tattoos and other kids activities plus ice pops and popcorn. As well as Live music and words of encouragement from Jimmy Foster. This is a 100 % Free Event Sponsored By "A Church Without Walls".
||71st EJ Herrmann Cross Country Invitational
||Join us at T.R. Proctor Park for the 71st running of the E.J. Herrmann Cross Country Invitational. The second oldest cross country invitational in New York State will showcase the area’s high school cross country talent. Last year 55 schools and more than 1400 runners competed in 10 races. The E.J. Herrmann Cross Country Invitational is regarded as one of the biggest, most competitive and best cross country meets in the area. The invitational is sponsored by the East Utica Optimist Club.
||Mohawk Reformed Church Fall Rummage/Bake Sale
||The Mohawk Reformed Church will have its annual fall rummage and bake sale Friday and Saturday. The church is located at 20 Otsego Street in Mohawk. Toys, books, clothing, jewelry, kitchen and glassware and more will be available as well as homemade baked goods. Saturday is bag day at the sale and the church has a ramp and elevator inside.

||24th Annual CHAIRity Art Auction
||This signature event offers a creative silent auction and also the opportunity to bid on art in the form of chairs and other artworks created by prominent regional and international artists. All profits support Sculpture Space’s acclaimed international residency program for sculptors from throughout the nation and the world.
The popular extravaganza features altered, embellished or deconstructed chairs and other furniture, original artisan-crafted chairs, drawings, paintings and other artworks. The event begins with a preview of auction items and silent auction from 4 to 6:15 p.m., which offers items donated by creative local artisans and businesses. A cash bar will be available and complimentary hors d’oeuvres donated by the area’s leading restaurants and caterers. Festivities include a 50/50 drawing, live music and surprise performances. The live auction will be conducted by returning nationally recognized auctioneer Bernie Brzostek, starting at 6:30 p.m.

We will meet up on Canal Street in Frankfort. We will likely be placed on Canal Street between Reese Road and Palmer Street.
Just look for the LIVE UNITED shirts and United Way signs.
Frankfort is celebrating a huge milestone with its 150th Anniversary. United Way is proud to have been asked to take part in the celebration by walking in the parade. We want YOU to join us in having a bit of fun on a great Fall Day. The weather is looking great! Let's celebrate with our friends and neighbors as we don our LIVE UNITED shirts and parade down Frankfort's Main Street. The parade begins at the corner of Reese Road and Main Street. It will end at the Frankfort Marina. This is a family-friend event, so bring along all members of your family!
