From 4:00PM to 6:00PM

An Otsego County Free Rabies Clinic will be held at the Susquehanna Animal Shelter. Every dog and cat in the county 3 months of age or older is required to be vaccinated. Dogs must be on a leash, cat and ferrets in a carrying case or pillow case and under proper control.
