The Slovenian-American Spring Fling will be held at the VFW Post in Herkimer (129 Mohawk Street). The dinner dance will feature live Slovenian-style polka music by Richfield Springs native and Polka Hall of Fame nominee, Frank Svet, along with the Polka Hall of Fame All Stars from Cleveland, Ohio. A roast beef dinner will be served alongside homemade traditional potica, which is a rolled walnut and raisin-filled sweet bread. Advance ticket reservations are required by Wednesday, April 13.
